Several months before last Christmas, I decided that I wanted to get my girlfriend a really special gift for Christmas. Although I didn’t have any ideas in mind (yet), I knew that I really wanted to go all out for that specific Christmas. The reason for this was because we had just passed the two and a half year mark in our relationship, and I wanted to make sure that I showed her I was still completely into our relationship and wasn’t getting tired of being with her.

After a lot of thinking, I decided that a trip would be the perfect present to give her. I browsed around a lot online, and eventually found a package deal that included a flight, hotel room and rental car for Victoria BC. Everything looked good with this deal, so I made the reservation online and printed out the confirmation.

When my girlfriend opened the box with her present (it contained the confirmation), she went crazy once she realized what it was. Several months after Christmas, we officially took our trip to Victoria BC. We spent a total of six days there, and I have to say it’s one of the best trips I had ever taken.
